The social network or instant messaging application chosen for the exchanges is Threema. This choice is directly related to our desire to respect the privacy of active members of the HU CARE community. <\/p>\n

Threema is the messaging application that offers zero knowledge security and full legal compliance. In other words, Threema Work is fully compliant with RGPD regulations. As a Swiss company, Threema is also subject to the strict Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the accompanying ordinance of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA). Switzerland enjoys a high degree of legal security and, unlike US-based services, Threema is not subject to the CLOUD Act. Threema operates its own servers in a highly secure data center of an “ISO 27001” certified colocation partner in Zurich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
