Shipping<\/h3>\n

National delivery (Switzerland)<\/h4>\n

We trust La Poste to deliver our shipments. All our shipments are sent by registered mail against signature, within 10 working days after receipt of payment. However, exceptional conditions may result in delivery within 30 days.<\/p>\n

Damage due to transport<\/h4>\n

When you receive the package, please examine the goods carefully and report any damage to us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

International delivery<\/h4>\n

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We assume that there are other dealers in your country who offer our products and that it is more environmentally friendly to use them. You can always contact us if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer you.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Return shipping costs<\/h4>\n

We want you to be happy to receive our products. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with them and, in this case, it is possible to return them to us according to the conditions below.<\/p>\n

Return time<\/h4>\n

The return of the goods must be made within 14 days.<\/p>\n

The return period starts from the date of shipment or collection. The date of the postmark or personal return is the official date.<\/p>\n

In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer a trade-in :<\/p>\n
