National delivery (Switzerland)<\/h4>\n

We trust La Poste to deliver our shipments. All our shipments are sent by recorded delivery within 3 to 10 working days of receipt of payment. However, exceptional conditions may result in delivery within 30 days.<\/p>\n

Damage due to transport<\/h4>\n

When you receive the parcel, please examine the goods carefully and report any damage to us as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

International delivery<\/h4>\n

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We assume that there are other dealers in your country who offer our products and that it is more environmentally friendly to use them. The return of the goods must be made within 14 days.<\/p>\n

The return period runs from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or return date is decisive.<\/p>\n
