National delivery (Switzerland)

We trust La Poste to deliver our shipments. All our shipments are sent by recorded delivery within 3 to 10 working days of receipt of payment. However, exceptional conditions may result in delivery within 30 days.

Damage due to transport

When you receive the parcel, please examine the goods carefully and report any damage to us as soon as possible.

International delivery

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We assume that there are other dealers in your country who offer our products and that it is more environmentally friendly to use them. You can always contact us if you have any questions, we will be happy to answer you.

Return conditions

Return shipping costs

We want you to be happy to receive our products. However, it is possible that you are not satisfied with them and, in this case, it is possible to return them to us according to the conditions below.

Return time

The return of the goods must be made within 14 days.

The return period runs from the date of dispatch or collection. The date of the postmark or return date is decisive.

In the following cases, we unfortunately cannot offer a trade-in :

  • damaged items (except for shipping damage);

  • product cannot be returned in its original packaging;

  • missing accessories ;

  • FOOD;

  • open items.


To the extent that the product can be returned, the following refund rules apply.

Full refund at purchase price :

  • the item is still in its original unopened and undamaged packaging,

Return shipping costs

The sender is responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

Payment fees

Credit card or Twint fees are the responsibility of the sender and will be deducted from the refund fee.
