How to reconnect with the earth naturally?
- GET OUT AND PUT YOUR BARE FEET ON THE NATURAL SURFACES OF THE EARTH!
Our ancestors were grounded in the earth 24/7, so in general, the more grounded you are, the better. That being said, 30 minutes is the minimum recommended time to get grounded each day.
