Tips for use
- Blow your nose beforehand.
- Gently insert the tip into the nostril and apply brief pressure in each nostril.
- Wait a few seconds before blowing your nose again.
- Use up to 4 times a day as needed.
- After use, clean the tip with hot water, recap and replace it in the box.
